Rashidatu Ibrahim is a seasoned IT professional with over a decade of progressive experience in information technology management and digital transformation. She currently serves as Head of IT at the National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA), where she leads a team of IT professionals responsible for the Authority’s digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.

Since joining NPRA, Rashidatu has successfully led major initiatives including the deployment of the Risk-Based Supervisory System, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Transitional Risk-Based System, and the Government of Ghana Smart Workplace at NPRA. She has overseen the migration of critical systems from on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based solutions, optimized IT budgets, and strengthened operational efficiency across the organization.

Before assuming her current role, she served as Senior Manager IT at NPRA, where she developed IT policies, implemented Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices, conducted industry ICT audits for regulated entities, and set ICT standards for the pensions industry.

Rashidatu holds an MSc in Information Technology from the University of East London and a Postgraduate Diploma in IT from the London School of Technology, London. She is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), and a Project Management Professional (PMP). She is a member of the Information Systems Audit & Control Association (ISACA), reflecting her commitment to excellence in IT governance and strategic leadership.
