Parliamentary Select Committee on Employment, Labour Relations, and Pensions' pays a familiarisation visit to NPRA

Excerpts from the Parliamentary Select Committee on Employment, Labour Relations, and Pensions' familiarisation visit to key institutions, including the Ministry of Labour, Jobs and Employment, Department of Co-operatives, National Labour Commission, Fair Wages and Salaries Commission, and National Pensions Regulatory Authority. The aim of the visit was to assess their operations, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to strategies to enhance service delivery.
The Parliamentary Select Committee on Employment, Labour Relations, and Pensions, led by its Chairman, Hon. Joseph Appiah Boateng (MP for Afram Plains South), paid a familiarisation visit to the National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA) to gain insights into the operations of the Authority. During the visit, the Committee was briefed by the Management team, led by the CEO, Mr. Christopher Boadi-Mensah, on the mandate of the Authority, its programmes and activities, as well as the challenges it faces in regulating the pension sector.
